Cats is an award-winning musical composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber based on Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats and other poems by TS Eliot. The show has been performed around the world in numerous productions and has been translated into more than 20 languages.
Veerle Casteleyn. By the way, her voice is dubbed much like the others so its not actually her.
This seems to be an anthem for older female singers. Is a beautiful song but it’s about some great day we once had that’s gone. And most of us never had a great day. And we’re still dealing with the days ahead. Someone should write a song for those of us who were never beauty queens and are having a hard time getting promoted at work. And maybe we ought to start a business but nobody’s lending money. And our kids have to be brought to the bus stop. And we have mold on the ceiling.

Yes, but Veerle got the full part (singing and all) in later productions, I think.
Either way, even if it isn’t truly her, she has a beautiful voice.
